The service provides accessible, low cost transport to disabled people and people with walking difficulties. If you qualify, once registered you can book a Ring & Ride accessible minibus to take you, children and an accompanying adult, door to door for local short journeys across the West Midlands urban area.
When can I travel?
Trips need to be booked the day before you wish to travel. Here is a table to help you with when you will need to book.

Where there is a bank holiday Monday please book on the Saturday for travel on Tuesday, for any other bank holiday, details of the booking window will be made available onboard vehicles and online.
