Booking a trip

You can book a ride through our app or by phone.

Trips depend on availability and we cannot always guarantee a space. If you are travelling for essential journeys, such as school or college, please ensure you have an alternative in case the service is fully booked.

Due to the door-to-door nature of the service, arrival and collection times may vary. If you are using the service for classes or appointments, please allow extra travel time.

We do not offer compensation for late collections or arrivals.
