Request a journey

Once you have registered, you can request a Ring and Ride journey.

When do I need to request a journey?

Journey requests need to be received by 2.30pm on the day prior to your preferred journey. Here is a table to help you with when you will need to request a journey.

Where there is a bank holiday Monday please request your journey on the Saturday for travel on Tuesday. For any other bank holiday, details of the booking window will be made available onboard vehicles and online.

Make an online request

You can use the online form to make a journey request for either:

  • yourself
  • on behalf of someone else
  • on behalf of a group

Requesting a journey online does not guarantee you a journey – but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Requests need to be received by 2.30pm on the day prior to your desired journey. We will then e-mail you to confirm your journey as soon as possible.

Where there is a bank holiday Monday please book on the Saturday for travel on Tuesday. For any other bank holiday, details of the booking window will be made available onboard vehicles and online.
